What is the Cost to Play Rugby?
Registration is $300.00 (approx 2024 season costs, 2025 season TBC) and inclusive of players insurance, Rugby WA affiliation fees and transportation to away games.
Financial Assistance
KidSport is a program that enables eligible children, aged 5 to 18, to participate in community sports clubs and recreation by offering them financial assistance towards said club registration fees.
You can get a $500 voucher per eligible child per financial year, which could cover the full cost of rugby fees. You will need to apply for your voucher before registering with us. Details on how to redeem your voucher with the club is available here.

Select ‘South West Spirit Rugby Union’ as your club in Rugby Xplorer, role ‘Player’ and registration ‘XVs Juniors’ or ‘XVs Girls’.
If you are registering as a ‘Training only participant’ you can select ‘South West Spirit Rugby Union’ as your club in Rugby Xplorer, role ‘Training only participant’.
If you are new to rugby, you will need to setup a Rugby Xplorer profile upon registration.
